Refund policy
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return policy over $100
We accept only unopened and unused products in their original packaging with all safety seals intact.Return Conditions:
1. All items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
2. Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. All returns are subject to inspection. Once we receive and confirm the condition of your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a $25 restocking fee.
6. If you are returning a gift, the refunded amount may be issued as store credit.
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
• Opened or used products.
• Final sale items, gift cards, or custom orders.
• Products damaged due to customer handling.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof via email at sunsetluxurycare@gmail.com. We will replace the damaged product at no additional cost.
Order Issues & Liability
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once delivery is confirmed. If you are concerned about package security, please select the “Signature Required” option at checkout to ensure safe delivery.
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions or individual results from product use. Ingredients are listed on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review them before purchasing.
